Legionella Control Association

Key Environmental Services Limited is a registered member of the Legionella Control Association (LCA), whose membership comprises services and products concerned with the control of legionella bacteria in water systems.

Requirement 1 of the LCA's 9 service provider requirements is that our members ensure their clients are made aware of their legal obligations with regard to Legionella Legislation.

The HSE leaflet: A brief guide for dutyholders - http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/indg458.pdf briefly describes the obligations of a duty holder with regards to legionella.  We recommend you take the time to read this leaflet as a starting point.
